No image or the Viewer's tool bar items do not work ?
Make sure that your Browser's Java and Javascript settings are "enabled"
For Internet Explorer - Open the "Tools" menu / Internet Options / Security / Internet Zone
Reset to Medium , then check that the Java / Java Permissions is checked at the "'High" Safety setting
For Netscape - Open the "Edit" menu / Preferences / Advanced
make sure that Java and Javascript are both enabled (checked).
If you cannot see a Java section, then you do not have the Java Virtual Machune installed on your computer.
In this case scroll down to "How to Get Java" below.
With either Browser, you may have to close down and re-start your browsing session to ensure that your new settings have been applied.
Still no image ?
If you have adjusted all your security settings and enabled your Java and Javascript and still have no picture, it might be that you need to get the Java Virtual Machine program.

Before you get Java please get all the most recent Critical Updates from Microsoft.
You can get this at
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
then select "Product Updates"
Once you get there carefully follow the instructions which will allow you to Download any Critical Update(s) which may be required for your system.
NOTE: You must allow ActiveX to run in order for the Microsoft Windows Update function to work.
Once the Critical Updates have been loaded, and your computer re-started, you are now ready to get Java to allow you to enjoy our Guided Virtual Tours from our Web Site as well as a multitude of other Java products which make surfing the Internet an interactive experience.
You could also get to the Windows Update site by using your "Start" menu and choosing "Settings" and then "Windows Update ..." follow the instructions on your screen from there.
How to Get Java
Our Virtual Tours use Java technology for your safety as well as for its simplicity and reliability.
In order to see our Virtual Tours, your computer must be Java enabled, so if you cannot see any of our panoramic images, and you have a PC running on the Windows operating system, you may not have the required program installed.

Popup Window Issue
We use orphan windows, otherwise known as "Popup Windows" to display our Virtual Tours. If you have a popup blocker program running on your desktop you may not be able to see our most recent Virtual Tours.
The quick solution is to temporarily disable your popup blocker while you visit our web site and turn it on again when you are done.
The more permanent solution is to create an exception in your popup blocker program for our web site.
